1. THE PROMOTION
1.1 This document sets out the official terms and conditions ("Terms") for the PowerPlay Golden Egg Easter Promotion ("Promotion").
1.2 Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
3.1 The Promotion commences at venue open on Friday 3 April 2026 ("Opening Date").
3.2 The Promotion closes at venue close on Monday 6 April 2026 ("Closing Date") or when Golden Egg cards run out - whichever comes first.
3.3 Cards distributed outside the Promotion Period will not be valid for entry.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Participation is open to all persons who make a race purchase at a participating PowerPlay venue during the Promotion Period.
4.2 The following persons are not eligible to participate:
• Directors, employees and officers of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate;
• Immediate family members of any of the above (including spouse, parent, child, or sibling);
• Any person involved in the administration of this Promotion.
4.3 Participants may be required to provide proof of identity to claim a prize.
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
5.1 To participate, eligible persons must during the Promotion Period:
(a) Purchase a race at any PowerPlay venue;
(b) Receive a Golden Egg card at the front counter following their purchase;
(c) Scan the QR code on the card to be directed to the prize redemption website; and
(d) Enter their unique card code on the redemption site to reveal their prize outcome.
5.2 One (1) Golden Egg card will be issued per person within a booking. Each person is limited to one (1) card per day, subject to availability.
5.3 Cards are limited in quantity and are available while stocks last. Not all participants may receive a card if stock is exhausted.
5.4 Cards are not transferable and may only be redeemed by the original recipient.
Instagram Bonus
5.5 Any card recipient who posts about the Easter Promotion on Instagram and tags @powerplayaustralia will receive one (1) additional complimentary race at any participating PowerPlay venue, regardless of their card prize outcome.
5.6 To qualify for the Instagram bonus:
• The post must be made to an Instagram account and tag @powerplayaustralia;
• The post must be publicly visible.
5.7 The Instagram bonus is optional. It is not required to participate in the Promotion or claim a card prize.
6. PRIZES
Prize Outcomes
6.1 Every Golden Egg card guarantees a prize. There are no cards that reveal a no-prize outcome.
6.2 The prizes available at each venue, and the quantity of each prize per venue, are set out in Schedule B.
7. FREE RACING FOR A YEAR - PRIZE CONDITIONS
7.1 Winners of the Free Racing for a Year prize will receive fifty-two (52) race credits loaded to their PowerPlay account.
7.2 Credits may be redeemed as quickly or as slowly as the winner chooses, subject to the following:
• The redemption window runs from the date the prize is won until 6 April 2027;
• Credits are redeemable Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays;
• Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder;
• Credits may be redeemed at any participating PowerPlay venue;
• Any unused credits remaining at the end of the redemption window will expire and will not carry over.
7.3 There is no obligation to redeem all 52 credits. Unused credits will simply expire at the end of the redemption window.
8. PRIZE REDEMPTION CONDITIONS
General
8.1 All prizes must be redeemed in store at a participating PowerPlay venue. Winners must present their Golden Egg card and, where required, the unique code or confirmation from the redemption website.
8.2 Prizes are:
• Not transferable to another person;
• Not exchangeable for cash or other goods or services;
• Subject to standard PowerPlay race booking terms and conditions;
• Subject to availability and standard venue operating hours.
8.3 Winners must meet PowerPlay’s standard participant requirements, including a minimum height of 140cm, a minimum age of 10 years old and a maximum weight of 120kg.
Redemption Days
8.4 Prizes may only be redeemed on the following days, except where stated otherwise:
• FREE RACE - Monday to Thursday only (excluding Public Holidays)
• BOGO RACE - Monday to Thursday only (excluding Public Holidays)
• FREE RACING FOR A YEAR (credits) - Monday to Thursday (excluding Public Holidays)
• FREE HELMET CAMERA - Any day of the week
• INSTAGRAM BONUS RACE - Monday to Thursday (excluding Public Holidays)
8.5 Redemption on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays is not permitted for Free Race, BOGORace, Free Racing for a Year credits, and the Instagram bonus race prize unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
Redemption Deadline
8.6 All prizes, except for Free Racing for a Year, must be redeemed within three (3) months of the Closing Date (i.e. by 6 July 2026). Prizes not redeemed by this date will be forfeited.
8.7 Free Racing for a Year credits expire on 6 April 2027. Unused credits will not be extended or transferred.
8.8 Prizes are subject to any blackout periods or venue closures. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate prize redemptions.
9. PRIVACY
9.1 By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at:https://www.powerplay.com.au/privacy
9.2 Personal information collected includes name, contact details (where provided), and prize redemption records.
10.3 Personal information will be used for the purposes of administering this Promotion, contacting winners, and marketing communications (only where consent has been provided).
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 By participating in this Promotion and posting to Instagram Stories under clause 5.5, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence touse, reproduce, and publish their post (including any image, video, name, orlikeness) for promotional and marketing purposes in any media.
11. DISQUALIFICATION
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who:
(a) Provides false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
(b) Tampers with or attempts to tamper with the redemption process or the operation of the Promotion;
(c) Engages in conduct that is fraudulent, deceptive, or contrary to these Terms;
(d) Is found to be ineligible under clause 4.12.2 Disqualified entries will be void and prizes will be forfeited.
12. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and related bodies corporate ("Released Parties") are not liable for:
(a) Any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained by any participant or prize winner arising from or in connection with this Promotion or any prize;
(b) Any tax implications arising from accepting a prize;
(c) Any technical failures, errors, or interruptions affecting the QR code redemption process;
(d) Any prize that is lost, stolen, or damaged after collection.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
13. PROMOTER'S RIGHTS
13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to:
(a) Verify the validity of prize claims;
(b) Disqualify any participant who tampers with the redemption process or who acts contrary to these Terms;
(c) Cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
(d) Substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
13.2 Any decision made by the Promoter in relation to this Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. GOVERNING LAW
14.1 This Promotion is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
14.2 Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia for any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
14.3 This Promotion is subject to all applicable Commonwealth, State, and Territory laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law.
15. GENERAL
15.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.2 The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
15.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and the Promoter concerning this Promotion.
