1. ELIGIBILITY
- To be eligible to enter the giveaway, you must be an Australian resident.
- You must be 10 years of age or older.
- You must complete a race at one of our venues Australia wide between 26 November 2024, and 23 December 2024.
- Employees are not eligible to win prizes associated with this giveaway.
2. PRIZE DETAILS
- Major Prize: One (1) $250 gift card.
- Minor Prizes: Three (3) $75 gift cards.
3. PRIZE DRAW
- Three (3) $75 gift cards will be drawn weekly on Tuesdays in December 2024 (prior to 24 December 2024).
- One (1) $250 gift card will be drawn on Christmas Eve, 24 December 2024.
- The winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
- To be eligible for a prize draw, you must be a registered racer at one of our venues at the time of the draw.
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION
- Winners will be notified via email or phone.
- Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and residency.
5. PRIZE CLAIMING
- Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- No redraw will be conducted for unclaimed prizes.
6. GENERAL TERMS
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
- The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant.
