If I have fewer people than the package caters for, will the price reduce?

• Our group packages are priced for up to the number of people specified, and the price doesn’t change if the number of people decreases. This is because your group gets guaranteed exclusive use of the track during the time you are here.
• If you’d like to change to a smaller package, group packages for 9 or more racers can be amended up to 72 hours prior to the start time as per our booking Terms and Conditions.
  

Can kids race in these packages?

• The group packages above are designed to cater for adult racers (16+). Please check out our Kids Party options for junior racers, or use the enquiry form, and we can tailor a package to suit your group.

My event has a theme. Can we dress up?

• Yes! However, your costume needs to fit safely within the kart with no loose bits that overhang the kart, so maybe leave the inflatable dinosaur at home. All racers need to wear enclosed shoes (no Crocs, thongs, sandals, or high heels).

Do you offer catering packages?

• We don’t offer in-house catering, but you are more than welcome to bring or order in any food you’d like for your event.

What does the function zone include?

• Our function zone is a space separate from the general spectating area, which you’ll have access to for the duration of your booking.
• The function zone has seating and tables, making it the perfect spot to set up your catering.  

Is a deposit required to book a package?

• Yes, we require a deposit between $200-$500, depending on the size of your booking. The remainder can be paid on the day.
