2. We’ll only charge you $1,044, the equivalent of 12 tickets (we cover the rest)

Race your way to your fundraising goal this year with PowerPlay by submitting your application at least one month before the date you wish to hold your event!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You’ll get 24 tickets to sell to your community members for your Fund Racing event at $87 per person.
Your school or sporting club will only need to cover the cost of 12 tickets to PowerPlay, we’ll cover the rest, and you keep the profit!
If you sell all 24 tickets, you can take home $1044 of profit. That's a lot of sausages.
You can race with less than 24 people, but the more people you have, the more money you make for your school or sporting club.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
Any local school group or local sporting club.
WHEN CAN WE RACE?
You can hold your Fund Racing event on any Monday or Tuesday evening that’s not during school holidays or on a public holiday.
You’ll race from 6pm to 9pm.

HOW MANY RACES WILL WE GET?
Everyone will get three 15-lap races on the night and the fastest 8 racers will then go into a final.
Everything is a competition at PowerPlay and yes, there can only be on winner, but everyone gets to have a seriously good time!

ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS TO RACE?
All racers must be at least 10 years old and 140cm tall.
All racers will also need a balaclava. They are welcome to bring their own balaclava or full-face helmet otherwise they will be able to purchase a balaclava on the night for $4.

IS IT SAFE?
You bet. We’ll even teach your group how to improve their racing skills whilst keeping them safe.
OK, HOW DO WE SET ONE UP?
Use the form
to submit an application on behalf of your sporting club or school group at least one month before the date you wish to hold your event. We’ll get back to you to let you know if your application is successful.
After your application has been approved, we’ll reserve the date for you and you’ll have time to promote and sell the tickets to your community or members.
Of course, we need to know you’re serious! So, 10 days before your event, we’ll need you to make payment for the booking to lock in the fun.
After that, we’ll take care of the rest. You have fun whilst raising money for your school or sporting club - how good is that!
